Valerie hedger has always been interested in painting and throughout her life has attended various courses and classes including life dawing at St. Martins School of Art. She has been involved with various group exhibitions and has sold her work in London and the west Country. Valerie now lives in West Sussex and has been a member of the WSAS forseveral years. Her work is representational depicting everyday scenes. She works in acrylic and has a particular fondness for the Victorian genre.
